Jill, the owner of Wax Poetic Candle Bar, has been working hard to develop a meaningful and consistent identity for the store. Wax Poetic achieves a warm, whimsical feel while remaining timeless. I was able to work with Jill and her team during a major overhaul of the brand, which included the design and implementation of a 90 square foot mural, as well as other signage throughout the store. The mural design was also printed in sticker form and as gift card envelopes to add to their packaging. The quote from Helen Keller truly speaks to the heart of Wax Poetic. Scent is tied to memory, and they aim to provide a space to celebrate old memories and create new ones with friends and family. I have also had the chance to design multiple window art pieces through the seasons.
