airline project:

The aim of this project was to design a website for a fictitious airline with a prototype that carried users through the process of selecting & purchasing flights. Travel is an investment, and the website needed to convey a brand and experience that was both intuitive & trustworthy.

Through analysis of customer usability testing & the creation of journey maps & affinity diagrams, I created a high-fidelity prototype for use in potential customer testing.
