As is my birthday tradition, here are 31 things I know to be true right now, at 31.
Change is messy, but it’s also necessary for growth.
Good friends are the best kind of therapy — but therapy is still pretty great too.
Your instincts are better than you give them credit for.
Aldi is the best.
I am an evangelist for both HSAs and HYSAs. This is adulthood, I guess.
The most powerful thing you can do sometimes is to simply show up.
